Halie is a postdoctoral researcher who joined the Greene Lab in 2020. She received her PhD in 2019 from the Illinois Informatics Institute at the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign, where she studied the genome structure of canids and the evolutionary genomics of behavior in the Russian Farm Fox Experiment. She is interested in approaches to leveraging traditional and non-traditional models for complex diseases.
